Product Features    The main principle of the XQYD type new air resistance sealing oil baffle is to allow dry compressed air to enter the air chamber of the oil baffle, and then exhaust through the air groove on the air chamber, forming a circular air wall on the shaft diameter. The air wall wraps around the shaft diameter, blocking the steam outside the bearing box from entering the oil system. And prevent the splashing lubricating oil in the bearing box from approaching the direction of the oil baffle. The new air resistance sealing oil baffle solves the problems of water ingress in the lubricating oil and emulsification of the lubricating oil by steam.
