Sealing back arc machining device

Production information

The steam turbine seal clearance adjustment device (referred to as the steam regulating device) is a specialized equipment for processing steam seal blocks on the maintenance site of steam turbine units. The high-speed motor drives the cutting tool to rotate at high speed. Move the handle on the crossbeam and make it move in an arc to complete the milling process of the back arc of the steam seal block.

The machining of the back arc of the steam seal block is to reduce the gap between the steam seal teeth and the turbine shaft seal. Install a scraping tool holder on the motor slide, which can scrape the comb teeth of the steam seal block. Scraping the steam seal teeth is to increase the gap between the steam seal teeth and the turbine shaft seal.
