1、The transmission mode of the XQPC-100 steam turbine electric ratchet turning device is ratchet transmission. This turning gear can be used as a maintenance turning gear during unit overhaul, It can also be used as a substitute for the working turning gear after the host is shut down. (Note: The use of this turning gear must be carried out with the unit's top shaft oil system in operation.)

2、The installation of the electric ratchet maintenance turning device is convenient and simple, fixed on the flange interface of the original manual ratchet turning device of the unit.

3、The electric turning device is designed with a fork clutch mechanism, safety self-locking function, moving the clutch handle, turning the small ratchet of the turning gear to engage with the large ratchet of the rotor, and operating the electrical control box to turn the turbine rotor.

4、The electric ratchet turning device rotates the rotor according to the working direction of the turbine rotor, and the ratchet turning device cannot be reversed. When reversing, the small and large ratchets can automatically disengage and stop the turning gear. When the speed of the large ratchet of the turbine rotor is greater than that of the small ratchet of the turning device, the small ratchet of the turning gear will automatically disengage from the engagement with the large ratchet of the turbine and stop the turning gear.

5、The surface hardness of the small ratchet meshing surface of the electric turning device is lower than that of the large ratchet surface of the steam turbine, ensuring that the ratchet turning device does not damage the large ratchet of the rotor during operation.

6、The electric ratchet turning gear is equipped with a dedicated electrical control box to ensure safe operation of the ratchet turning gear. Use a frequency converter to control the output speed of the turning gear and set overload protection.

7、The reducer of the electric maintenance turning device is a speed regulating motor with an output speed range of 0-10 revolutions per minute, and is equipped with an electric control box. When turning, it needs to be stable and has forward, jog, and start stop functions. The rotor is in place with accurate stopping point and no idling phenomenon.

8、The portable electronic control box is compact, lightweight, flexible to operate, and has a wide range of movement.
