The JXPT type turbine low-pressure cylinder maintenance platform (also known as the maintenance cover plate) is a working platform placed on the cylinder surface after the upper cover of the low-pressure cylinder of the turbine is removed during maintenance. The maintenance platform consists of thick-walled steel square tubes, channel steels and aluminum checkered plates connected to each other. The outer cylinder cover plate is designed in a folding or fixed style, using 8 mm thick aviation aluminum plate, and the inner cylinder cover plate uses 6 mm thick aviation aluminum plate. The aluminum alloy cover plate maintenance platform is safe and beautiful to use, convenient and quick to install, can be reused for many times, and can be stored and kept in a steel frame or an iron box.
