The two types of baffle supports are used to store the baffles of high and low pressure cylinders and small machine baffles. Using baffle supports to store baffles can bring convenience to maintenance personnel, save space at the maintenance site, and classify and store baffles neatly and beautifully.

Product Features

Fixed and movable baffle supports are made of rectangular seamless steel pipes, featuring good overall strength, large bearing capacity. The external dimensions and support point positions of the baffle supports are designed according to different baffle diameters and thicknesses to ensure that the baffles are safely and stably placed in the baffle racks without damage. The movable baffle support consists of an outer frame and an inner frame. Bearings are installed on the inner frame, enabling it to move back and forth on the track of the outer frame. Fixed and movable baffle supports enable maintenance personnel to carry out inspection, flaw detection, shot peening and other maintenance work on the baffles.
