The electromagnetic induction heater heats M140 * 938 bolts for about 2 minutes, which is about 20 minutes faster than ordinary bolt heaters, improving the efficiency of maintenance work.
The rated power of the bolt heater can meet the simultaneous use of 6 or 12 output circuits, with sufficient redundant capacity. The bolt heating rod is customized according to the bolt size. The bolt heating rod is made of 316 stainless steel and equipped with a temperature sensing probe to transmit the bolt temperature in real time to the bolt heating electric control cabinet. Each output circuit of the bolt heater is equipped with a separate temperature display and power adjustment function, which can achieve automatic heating function. Satisfy on-site disassembly and assembly of low-pressure and high-pressure cylinder bolts, and improve the efficiency of disassembly and assembly work.
