(1)设计简单实用、重量轻、安装方便，可正反转连续或点动盘动转子。The design is simple and practical, lightweight, and easy to install. It can rotate the rotor continuously in both forward and reverse directions or by jogging.

(2)输出转速低（0.5～１转/分），输出扭矩大，转动平稳，盘动转子停点准确，无惰走现象。Low output speed (0.5-1 rpm), high output torque, smooth rotation, accurate stopping point of the rotor when turned, and no coasting phenomenon.

(3) 盘动转子到位后，点动反向转动按钮，能保证被测转子无接触，安全处于自由状态，测量数据真实、精确。After turning the rotor in place, pressing the reverse rotation button can ensure that the measured rotor is in a non-contact, safe and free state, and the measurement data is true and accurate.
