This equipment solves the original method of manually pulling the chain to pull out and return the generator rotor.

        When pulling through the rotor, the electrical button control can safely pull out and thread the generator rotor into the designated position at once. The equipment is equipped with a clutch design, and after meshing and separation, the handwheel can quickly retract and release the steel wire rope (traction force of 23t).

        The principle of the generator rotor extraction device is to connect the dedicated flange for extracting the generator rotor to the excitation end of the generator rotor, assemble the balance pulley group, connect it to the main engine with a steel wire rope, and extract the rotor.

        The principle of the generator rotor insertion device is to use the reaction force method to insert the rotor into the generator stator. Fix the dedicated fixed pulley group of the extraction device onto the screw hole on the end face of the generator stator, and use the matching extension shaft and small crossbeam to push the rotor into the stator bore with reaction force.

        The generator rotor puncture device is designed with two output speeds, which can be used alternately during operation.
